the rooftop pool allowed for a refreshing dip after a day out.

My stay had a couple of issues. the room was quite small, difficult to manage with luggage. the housekeeping wasn't as thorough as i expected. There were hairs in the bathroom and the cups weren't washed one day (not a huge deal, but noticeable).

I loved the convenient location. It's a short walk to bugis station. arab street is also super accessible (it's a vibrant area!). staying in the kampung house was the highlight. It's a beautifully preserved building. the projector tv in the room was really fun to use.

the hallways could be a little noisy at times.

The hotel's location is very central. Bus stops are easily accessible, simplifying travel. the proximity to bugis station and other key areas makes it a great hub for exploring. i found it quite convenient to get around (public transport is amazing!).

The room had a nice projector with netflix. daily room service replenished water, a nice touch. i liked always found staff at the front desk. They was friendly. air conditioning worked very well, i appreciated.

the description said the room have soundproofing. i hear loud noise from inside and outside the hotel. guests was partying and arguing at nights.

i found the staff very polite and smiling which i liked. the maps at reception were useful for planning my outings. it was convenient that i could store my bags after checkout, letting me maximize my remaining time.

the soundproofing could have been better because i could hear some noise from the corridor.

The hotel has a great location. I appreciated that it was near many attractions. Finding food was easy. The MRT station was also nearby. The staff was friendly and offered great hospitality. The environment felt quiet and lovely.

The bath towels were not acceptable. I found both towels to be worn out. They also had yellowish marks. There were no face or hand towels provided. The lobby is too small. There was only one couch and a single chair.
